Raised in California,she was fortunate to be encouraged by both her parents to create art and play music. Her home was always filled with the music of Europe. Her first solo CD is currently being aired on Celtic stations across the U.S., Canada, and Europe and is being podcasted as well.
Heloise has performed in venues all over Southern California, and in Arizona,Georgia,and Washington, both as a solo artist and with Highland Way. Be it concert halls, workshops,dinner houses,festivals, pubs performances, or even drawing and painting, you will always find her having fun. Combining the music world with the art world has been a life long persuit. She is a featured performer on six CDs with a 2nd solo CD "the Mountain Collection' just finished and available through digital distribution and by writing Heloise at mira.music@hotmail.com . Along with Brian Caldwell, Richard Heinz, and Paul Castellanos, Heloise was a founding member of the Southern California's premier Celtic band, Highland Way.
Art projects still have a place in Heloise's busy schedule. This year three books feature her illustrations. She and co-author June Clark Heinz, of WEE CELTIC TALES, have written and illustrated two children's tales.
